Month of Coordination
If you’re a wedding wiz and just need someone one there to make sure your day goes off without a hitch, the Month of Coordination package is for you! 4-6 weeks from the wedding day, your service will begin with a general planning meeting where we will review decor plans and vendor details together. Following that meeting, we will walk through your custom wedding timeline together to ensure the day runs smoothly, just as you’ve planned. This package includes a 1 hour rehearsal with your Chasing Butterflies wedding coordinator, and a full day of service on your wedding day with an assistant. You’ve put in the work to plan your dream day, now sit back and soak in every moment, we will take care of the rest!
Partial Planning
The Partial Planning package is perfect for the Bride and Groom that have a clear idea for their wedding day but need a little guidance on how to accomplish it. We’ll start by discussing what you envision for your wedding day and Chasing Butterflies will give you vendor recommendations and create a mood board for your wedding, while also keeping you budget top of mind. We will also provide a detailed to-do list for the Bride and Groom to complete and Chasing Butterflies will check in with you as the big day approaches to make sure things are coming along smoothly. We can’t wait to walk hand-in-hand with you as you start your wedding journey.
Full Planning
You’re busy, we get it! However exciting it may be, planning a wedding just can’t be to added to your schedule. With the Full Planning service, you get to decide how involved you want to be in the wedding planning process. One of the biggest perks of the Full Planning package is event design and vendor management. Put Pinterest away and and let us make your dream wedding a reality. Aside from design, this package also includes vendor research, guidance in adhering to your budget, and multiple face-to-face meetings with your planner.
